5 Tips to Stay Positive in Negative Situations
Life is a process of highs, lows and everything in between. Wherever you are and whoever you are, negative situations can prove to be a challenge—even to the strongest optimist. Here are five tips you can use to stay positive in negative situations and find the silver lining in each experience.

To Learn more visit my site http://yoyoincome.blogspot.in

1. Shift your mindset

Although it might not feel like it at the time, most negative situations contain a learning experience. If we’re going through the discomfort and pain of dealing with a negative situation, we might as well take the opportunity to learn something from it too.

Shifting your mindset and looking for the lesson in the situation isn’t about blaming yourself or anyone else for what’s happened. Instead, the purpose of doing this is to get something positive out of the situation and, hopefully, to prevent it from occurring again in the future.

2. Get support

You don’t have to deal with a negative situation on your own.
Getting support from friends or family you can trust can not only help you get through this tough time, but it can also strengthen your relationships with the people around you.

3. Focus on what you can control (and let go of what you can’t)

We can’t always control the situation that we find ourselves in, and we can’t please everyone. What we can do when we find ourselves in a negative situation is to take ownership of our actions and make amends for our mistakes.
If you find yourself in a negative situation, trying to take responsibility for things you have no control over will only make you feel worse. It’s also self-defeating as, if you don’t have control over something then there’s usually not much you can do to change it.
For example, if you’re catching a flight to an important event and the flight is delayed, there’s not much point in worrying about whether it’s going to be delayed further or cancelled, as you don’t have any control over that outcome. What you can do is let any contacts you have at your destination know about the situation or even try to book a different flight to make sure you get there as soon as possible.

4. Practice self-compassion

Every negative situation is a chance to practice a valuable skill: self-compassion. The amount of self-compassion we show ourselves is directly proportionate to our quality of life. If we’re able to practice self-compassion, we’re more likely to be resilient in the face of challenging situations and we’re more likely to take risks that further our personal and professional development. We’re also more likely to take steps to amend any role that we played in creating the negative situation in the first place.
Self-compassion is not the same as giving yourself a free ride or not taking responsibility for your actions. Instead, it’s about accepting that you are a human being with human experiences.

5. Remember it will pass

As I mention above, life is a process of highs, lows, and everything in between. Just as this means that negative situations are an inevitability, it also means that they will inevitably pass and make way for more positive times.
Our job is to take what we can from the negative situations, whether it’s a lesson well learned, or a renewed trust in our strength and resilience, and to enjoy the good times while they last.

Finally, remember that negative situations are uncomfortable, even painful at times. But how we approach these situations has a huge influence over how we experience them. By implementing these five tips: looking for the lessons, getting support, focusing on what we can control, practicing self-compassion, and remembering that the situation will pass, we’ll be in a much better place to handle negative situations as they occur and carry on along the roller coaster.

What are your tips for dealing with negative situations? Leave a comment and let us know.

How to Plan Your Business Growth Strategy

1.  Open multiple locations
If yours is a retail business, outline in your business plan where you can open more showrooms and what your geographic strategy will be. Don’t just open new shops randomly because you think your product is successful at one location.
2.  Reach new clients
Granted, you have your target customers. But after reaching those customers, should you stay put? No. You should start looking for other customers who may as well be interested in your products or services. For example, if you are offering business-to-consumer products or services, consider business-to-business offers, too. This way, you will reach new clients and still retain old ones.
3.  Introduce new products
Introducing new products is an obvious way to boost sales and grow your business. (But this strategy is often poorly implemented). Look at ways by which you can bring new products to your stable. Would they be variations of the products you are offering? Or would they be completely new offers? It’s left to you.
4.  Leverage the Internet
Consider growing your business using the internet. You can sell your product through your own corporate website or partner with an existing online retail store such as Amazon. While it is not compulsory that you sell your offers online, your growth strategy should include an online element.
5.  Decrease costs
The wider the gap between your income and expenditure, the faster your business will grow. Decreasing your costs is a smart way of widening this gap. As you go on with your business, you can take advantage of learning curves and economies of scale. Learning curves improve your efficiency with time. Economies of scale refer to a reduction in average cost over time because of factors such as buying power and managerial specialization.
6.  Acquire other businesses
Acquisition is another option to consider when planning how to grow your business. However, you can only be realistic in this quest if your small business is well established and ready to expand into other markets. You have to address which companies would make ideal acquisition targets. Find companies that are a good fit for your product and methods of marketing and distribution methods, and that are very likely to present new opportunities for growth.
After studying the business growth options discussed above and choosing the ones you think will work for your business, here are the next steps to follow:

How to Present your Business Growth Strategy in a Business Plan

1.       Explain the development options and opportunities in detail.
2.      Review and document the financial requirements for each option.
3.      Document the marketing strategies you will need to accomplish and nurture your chosen growth option.
4.      Review the financial breakdown of internal or external capital and how the capital will be made available throughout the growth process.
5.      Document a breakdown of other things that will be needed, expanded, or ditched.
6.      Print your growth plan and review it regularly until you are ready to implement it.

Having a growth plan helps you keep your business on track and in line with the various options you may adopt in order to expand your business. It’s like a compass that leads your business through the way to development.

"Our water softener wasn't functioning for several weeks and all of our drinking glasses developed a cloudy film that couldn't be removed even with lots of elbow grease. Just before a dinner party my wife assigned me the job of making those glasses sparkle. Being short on elbow grease, I tried your Basin, Tub & Tile Cleaner. I just sprayed it on and wiped off the build! The glasses sparkled like new! The whole project went so quickly, I looked for other things to clean (to the complete astonishment of my wife). I found the Basin, Tub & Tile Cleaner also completely removed the perennial coffee and tea stains in our white ceramic coffee mugs. Your products have restored the fun to cleaning.

Nothing is ours..

Once upon a time, a greedy, rich man hired a great mathematician. The rich man wanted the mathematician to find the best way for him to make the greatest profit in everything he did. The rich man was building a huge safe, and his greatest dream was to fill it with gold and jewels.

The mathematician was shut away for months in his study, before finally believing he had found the solution. But he soon found there were some errors in his calculations, and he started all over again.

One night he appeared at the rich man's house, with a big smile on his face: "I found it!" he said, "My calculations are perfect." The rich man was going on a long journey the next day, and didn't have time to listen. He promised the mathematician he would pay him double his wages if he would take charge of the business while he was away, and put the new formulas into practice. Excited by his new discovery, the mathematician was delighted to accept.

When the rich man returned, months later, he found that all of his possessions had gone. Furious, he went to ask for an explanation from the mathematician. The mathematician calmly told him what he had done. He had given everything away to people. The rich man couldn't believe it, but the mathematician explained it further.

"For months I analyzed how a rich man could gain the maximum benefit, but what I could do was always limited. There's a limit to how much one man can do by himself. Then I understood the key was that many people could help us to achieve the aim. So the conclusion was that helping others was the best way to get more and more people to benefit us."

Disappointed and furious, the greedy man stormed off, desperate at having lost everything to the hare-brained schemes of a madman. However, while he was walking away disconsolately, several neighbors ran over, worried about him. All of them had been helped when the mathematician shared out the rich man's fortune. They felt so grateful to him that they offered him the hospitality of their houses, and anything such a special man might need. The neighbors even argued over who would get to help him.

Over the next few days, he saw the full results of what the mathematician had calculated. Wherever he went he was received with great honor, and everyone was willing to help him in whatever way they could. He realized that his not having anything had given him much, much more.

In this way, he managed to quickly set up flourishing businesses, but this time he followed the brilliant mathematician's advice. No longer did he keep his riches in a safe, or anything like it. Instead, he shared out his fortune among a hundred friends, whose hearts he had converted into the safest, most grateful and fruitful of safes.

Moral of the story

Everything we give to others will, sooner or later, return to us, whether or not it be in a form we expected

Do you know how much is my husband's salary?
Rs. 2 hundred Thousand per month!
Can you imagine? 'n he is also very smart."

The guy's eyes got wet with tear by hearing those words. After few minutes her husband came before the lady could say something to the guy, her husband started to say by seeing the guy.
"Sir!
You here?
Meet my wife."
Then he said to her wife, "I'm going to assist a project of sir, which is of Rs. 2 Billion. 'n do u know a fact? Sir loved a girl but he didn't get her. That's why still he is unmarried. How much lucky the girl was. Isn't it? Now a days who can love like that way?"

Maturity

A very rich man was very much puzzled because his whole life he tried to be rich and rich and rich, and finally he succeeded. He became rich, he became the richest man in the world, but there was no bliss. And he was thinking that once you become rich, bliss is attained. He was very frustrated. That is the fate of all successful people. He started going around asking for any wise person who could help him to attain bliss.

Somebody suggested a Sufi master. He went to the Sufi master on his beautiful horse. He was carrying a big bag full of diamonds, maybe the most precious stones in the world, and he told the master, "I have all these diamonds, but not a drop of bliss. How can I gain bliss? Can you help me?"

The master jumped -- the rich man could not believe his eyes -- the master snatched away the bag and ran away. The rich man followed him crying, shouting, "I have been robbed! I have been cheated! This man is not a master, this man is a thief -- catch hold of him!"

But in that village the master was well acquainted with all the roads and all the lanes and all the streets, so he dodged the rich man. And the rich man had never run after anybody; it was difficult. A crowd started following. They knew th e Sufi master, that his ways were very strange.

Finally they came back to the same tree where the master had been sitting and the rich man had found him. The master was again sitting under the tree with the bag. The rich man came there, the master gave the bag to him, and the rich man held the bag close to his heart and said, "I am so blissful. I am so happy that I have found my lost treasure!"

And the master said, "Have you tasted a little bit of bliss? Unless you lose it you cannot taste it. I have made you taste it. This is the way to taste bliss -- lose something."

If you can lose your ego you will gain yourself -- what Buddha calls no-self. He calls it no-self for the simple reason that it is not your old ego anymore. It has no shadow of the ego at all; hence he calls it no-self. Lose the ego and gain the self or no-self, and suddenly you are mature. Lose the mind and gain consciousness and you are mature.

Die to the past and be born to the present and you are mature.

Maturity is living in the present, fully alert and aware of all the beauty and the splendor of existence.

lao TZU says

Lao Tzu says, ”No one can insult me because I don’t want respect.” This is what receiving respect is.

Lao Tzu says, ”No one can defeat me because I have dropped the very idea of winning. How can you defeat me? You can only defeat one who wants to win.” It is a strange fact.

In this world those who do not desire respect receive it. Those who do not want success get it, because those who do not want success already accept that they are successful: what more success do you want? You are already honored by the being within you: what more do you want? Existence has already given you respect by giving birth to you: who else’s respect do you want? Existence has given you enough glory. It gave you life. It has blessed you with eyes – open them and see these green trees, the flowers, the birds. It has given you ears – listen to music, to the splashing of a water fall. It has given awareness so you can become a buddha: what more do you want? You have already been honored. Existence has certified you: who are you asking, like a beggar, for a certificate? Those who beg a certificate from you?

It is a very hilarious situation, two beggars face to face begging from each other. How can you get anything? Both are beggars. From who are you asking respect? Who are you standing in front of? You are insulting yourself this way. And the insult will deepen.

Contentment means: Look at what you have!

OSHO

People are strange

People are strange!

If u praise someone,
They think U must have your own mean in this.

If u don't praise,
They call u jealous...

If u do extra care for someone, They think that U love them..

If u show u don't care,
They call u selfish...

If u regularly text your friends,
They call u sticky...

If u don't talk to them for a few days,
They call u proud...

You can never make the whole world happy,
So concentrate on the person u daily see in the mirror!!
